Girls' Summer Camp

Source: District of Great Britain

Do you have a daughter between the ages of 8 and 14 who'd be interested in spending 9 glorious days amidst the company of other Catholic girls the same age, playing games, making new friends and learning more about their faith in a fun, outdoor environment? Then read on!

The Girls' Summer Camp has been fixed for 31st July - 8th August 2020 and we'd love to have your daughter join us! Taking place on a picturesque farm in Devon, the programme will include games, learning outdoor and 'life' skills, campfires, crafts, treasure hunts and a fabulous day out to the Devon County Show (included in the price). Daily mass, rosary and catechism will take place and the programme will be planned to try and inspire the girls in their faith within a warm, fun and friendly atmosphere.

In these times it's so important for us to have Catholic friends and with families being spread across the country, children don't always have the benefit of knowing other Catholics their own age. This is a great opportunity for new and maybe lifelong friendships to be made and for your daughter to have a wealth of extra graces bestowed on her at the same time!

If you have any questions and to get a link to the online application form, please email [email protected]. Additional information about the camp and a recommended kit list will be emailed, closer to the time, to those signed up. Please note that the girls will be camping throughout and that most activities will take place outdoors. Tents are provided, toilets and washing facilities are in place and indoor, wet-weather areas are available.

We look forward to hearing from you.
